摘　　要：[目的/意义]情报3.0环境下情报机构面临互联网信息过载挑战。针对这一现象,审视和探讨不同情报时期情报生产要素的各自特点,对明确当前情报机构的主要工作任务具有重要意义。[方法/过程]文章以各阶段信息载体、情报工作判断、情报机构工作任务的各自特点为研究对象,给出情报3.0环境下情报机构建立智能工具手段建议,为处理互联网信息研判提供依据和参考。[结果/结论]在此基础上预测情报体系将出现重大变革,自觉或不自觉地建设情报的综合研讨体系。[ Purpose/significance ] Intelligence agencies face the challenge of intemet information overload under the Intelli- gence 3.0. Aiming at this phenomenon, it has great practical significance to specify current main tasks of intelligence agencies by re-examining and discussing their characteristics of intelligence production factors in different intelligence eras. [ Method/process ] Taking different characteristics and performances of the intelligence carrier, judgment, and tasks of different periods as research objects, the paper makes suggestions on building intelligent tools under Intelligence 3.0 for intelligence agencies in order to provide evidence and references for Internet information filtering. [ Result/conclusion] Intelligence system is expected to change dramatic-ally, and intelligence agencies would build the system of comprehensive workshops with purpose or in subconscious.
