摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着微信的普及与使用粘性提升,微信信息空间著作权侵权行为屡禁不止。在网络侵权行为泛滥背景下,微信信息空间著作权保护已迫在眉睫。[方法/过程]通过梳理现有的研究文献,论证微信信息空间著作权的合法性与必要性,探究微信信息空间著作权保护的理论障碍与实践困境,并提出相应的系列措施。[结果/结论]论证表明,微信信息空间著作权存在合法性与必要性,且微信信息空间著作权保护存在理论与实践双重阻碍。这些问题可以通过一系列措施进行破解。[ Purpose/significance ] With the popularity of WeChat and users＇ increasing dependence on it, WeChat infos- phere copyright infringements emerge now and then. Under the background of rapid spreading of Internet infringements, it is urgent to protect the copyright in WeChat infosphere. [ Method/process ] By combing the existing research literature, the paper argues the legality and necessity of WeChat infosphere copyright, and explores the theoretical obstacles and practical difficulties of copyright protection in WeChat infosphere. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding measures. [ Result/conclusion] It is proved the legality and necessity of WeChat infosphere copyright. And the protection of WeChat infosphere copyright are facing obstacles both in theory and practice. These problems can be solved by a series of measures.
