摘　　要：[目的/意义]丰富的社会文化情报信息有利于提高"一带一路"建设过程中决策者的跨文化交际能力和文化情商,进而有利于经济决策最大限度地赢得当地政府和民众的支持,同时化解因文化冲突所带来的安全风险。[方法/过程]聚焦"一带一路"建设过程中面临的复杂社会文化挑战,以总体国家安全观为导向,总体国家情报观为依托,初步探索社会文化情报对"一带一路"建设的决策支援路径。[结果/结论]提出了社会文化情报支援"一带一路"经济决策和反恐决策的潜在路径,并通过实际案例分析,构建了"一带一路"社会文化情报决策支援路径的概念模型。[ Purpose/significance] The abundant sociocuhural information helps to improve the Beh and Road （B＆R） deci- sion-makers＇ cross-cultural communication ability and cultural intelligence, which further eliminates risks resulting from cultural conflicts and wins the support of local government and people by giving full play of economic decision-makings. [ Method/process ] Focusing on the complex sociocultural challenges in the B＆R and guided by the overall national security concept, this paper prelim- inarily explores the path of sociocultural intelligence supporting the B＆R decision-makings based on overall national intelligence out- look. [ Result/conclusion ] The potential path of sociocultural intelligence supporting economic decision-makings and counter-terror- ism is presented, and a conceptual model is established.
