摘  要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、N-(3-甲基丙烯酰胺基丙基)-N,N-二甲基十六烷基溴化铵(NADA)以及1-二甲胺基烯丙基膦酸(DMAAPA)为原料,制备了一种水溶性两性离子共聚物驱油剂(ANND),对其进行了FTIR结构表征,考察了NADA与DMAAPA的加量和配比、引发剂加量、温度对共聚物特性黏数的影响,探究了共聚物的耐盐、抗温、流变等性能。结果表明:共聚物ANND具有良好的水溶性;在相同条件下,与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液进行对比,2 000 mg/L的共聚物ANND溶液在25℃、剪切速率500 s-1时的表观黏度为28.46 m Pa·s,而黏均相对分子量为1×107的HPAM溶液表观黏度为23.10 m Pa·s;当温度为100℃、剪切速率为170 s-1时,ANND溶液的表观黏度为40.48 m Pa·s,而HPAM溶液为31.31 m Pa·s;在80℃下老化10 d后,ANND黏度保留率为38%,高于同等条件下的HPAM(17%);在抗盐性实验中,2 000 mg/L共聚物ANND溶液在质量浓度为30 000 mg/L的Na Cl、2 000 mg/L的Mg Cl2和Ca Cl2溶液中的表观黏度分别为28.9、32.1和30.7m Pa·s,优于HPAM(9.8、17.7和16.3 m Pa·s)。在模拟驱油实验中,ANND的采出率为55.67%,高于HPAM驱(48.94%)和水驱(41.37%)。A water-soluble zwitterionic copolymer (ANND) was synthesized with acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid ( AA ), N-( 3-methacrylamidopropyl )-N, N-dimethylheptadecan-l-aminium bromide (NADA) and 1-dimethylaminoallyl phosphoric acid (DMAAPA) And then it was evaluated as an oil- displacing agent. The copolymer was characterized by FTIR, and the content of NADA and DMAAPA, the mass ratio between NADA and DMAAPA, the initiator dosage and the temperature were varied step by step to investigate their influence on the intrinsic viscosity of copolymer. Moreover, the properties of copolymer (salt tolerance temperature resistance, theology and so on ) were discussed The results showed that the as-prepared copolymer exhibited a apparent viscosity of 2000 mg/L copolymer solution good solubility in water. At 25 ℃ and 500 s1 the was 28.46 mPa · s, higher than that of 2000 mg/L HPAM (molecular weight of 10 million) solution ( 23. 10 mPa · s). At 1013 ℃ and 170 ·s^-1 , the apparent viscosity of copolymer solution was 40. 48 mPa ·s, while that of HPAM solution was only 31.31 mPa ·s Furthermore, when the above-mentioned solutions were kept in water bath at 80 ℃ for 10 days the viscosity retention rate of copolymer solution was 38% which was higher than that of HPAM solution (17%) And the apparent viscosity of 2000 mg/L copolymer in 30000 mg/L NaC1,2 000 mg/ L CaC12 and 2 000 mg/L MgC12 solutions was 28.9,32. 1,30. 7 mPa ·s, respectively At the same condition,that of HPAM was 9. 8,17.7 and 16.3 mPa· s. The stimulating displacement experiment indicated that the recovery ratio of 2000 mg/L copolymer solution was 55.67%, greater than that of 2000 mg/L HPAM solution (48.94%) and water (41.37%).
