西北地区农村中小学体育精神文化环境及优化研究

摘　　要：体育是学校教育"立德树人"的重要载体和途径,而良好的学校体育精神文化环境又是学校体育教育顺利开展实施的基础和保障。运用文献资料、实地考察、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,从立德树人角度对西北地区农村中小学体育精神文化环境进行研究,从不同人群的体育意识与行为、学校体育传统与风气、体育信息、舆论以及人际关系等方面进行了分析。研究认为:受教育体制、考试制度以及传统观念的影响,西北地区农村中小学生及周围人群体育意识、态度较好,但体育行为较差;中小学对体育信息和舆论的重视程度不够,对各种宣传途径的利用率不高;学生主动获取体育知识的意识较低、能力偏低、途径单一;多数体育教师教风良好,与学生关系融洽;整体学校体育精神文化环境较差。针对上述问题提出了西北地区农村中小学体育精神文化环境优化的策略。Environment of spirit and cuhure of scholastic PE is a part of scholastic PE education environment system, is a kind of invisible spiritual motive. In this paper, by summarizing all the related documents,interviewing with related experts, investigating with the designed questionnaire and processing data statistically, the author have analyzed northwest district rural high school and primary school sports consciousness and behavior of the different people, scholastic PE tradition and culture, sports information, public opinion and interpersonal relations and so on , and to put forward the optimization strategy of north- west district rural high school and primary school sports environment of spirit and culture.
