摘  要:以广东茶树枝叶为原料,利用超声波辅助提取茶树总黄酮,并采用Box-Behnken对超声波超声时间、乙醇浓度、料液比进行响应面优化。结果表明:最佳提取工艺参数为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶30(g/m L),提取时间40 min。在此条件下,总黄酮的得率为29.7 mg/g,超声提取工艺合理、可行,为茶树总黄酮的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。Tea Tree from Guangdong province was used as the raw materials to extract total flavonoids. A novelapproach, ultrasonic-assisted method,for preparation of total flavonoids were developed. The optimal ultrasonic-assisted treatment was explored using response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimumextraction condition were ethanol concentration 60%,liquid ratio1 : 30(g/mL) , extraction time 40 min. Underthe optimization conditions, the experimental yield was 29.7 mg/g. The method is reasonable and feasible, canprovide a theoretical reference for the development of new flavonoids in tea plant.
