摘  要:为了解决由于缺少合理的评价体系而导致工程中TBM刀盘结构破坏的问题,本文以疲劳强度、静强度、静刚度、动刚度为评价指标,提出了各个指标的计算方法与评价准则,分析TBM刀盘具体的破坏形式,找出造成破坏的原因及参数,根据不同区域所产生的参数不同的原则将刀盘进行分区。提出一种综合多因素计算权重的方法,综合多方面因素定量的、客观的计算权重值。以辽西北引水工程及吉林引淞工程TBM刀盘为例,对两个刀盘进行结构性能评价并进行比较。结果表明:辽西北的TBM刀盘疲劳强度优于吉林引淞TBM刀盘,而静强度和刚度方面吉林引淞TBM刀盘优于辽西北TBM刀盘。TBM cutterhead structure is often destroyed during construction because of the lack of a reasonable evalu-ation system. To rectify this issue, the calculation methods and evaluation criteria for each index was proposed herein; fatigue strength, static strength, static stiffness, and dynamic stiffness were considered as the evaluation indices. The cutterhead was divided according to the criteria of the specific circumstances of different indices. The concrete damage form of the TBM cutterhead was analyzed, and the cause of the damage and relevant parameters were determined. The cutterhead was divided according to the principle in which the parameters are different in dif- ferent regions. A calculation method combining multiple factors is proposed herein. The weight values were calculated quantitatively and objectively. Considering the TBM cutterhead used in the Liaoning Northwest Water Diversion Project and Jilin Yinsong Project as examples, the structural performance evaluations of the two cutters were compared. The results showed that the strength compared with and rigidity of the TBM Project. that used in the cutterhead used TBM cutterhead used in the Jilin Yinsong Project exhibited poor fatigue Liaoning Northwest Water Diversion Project. However, the static strength in the Jilin Yinsong Project was better than that of the Liaoning Northwest Project.
