习近平青年成长思想与教师专业发展

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平围绕青年成长问题,从理想信念的树立、知识技能的学习和道德修养的提升等多方面进行了阐述,形成了新时期指导青年成长成才的习近平青年成长思想。联系当前教师专业发展主要存在的教师道德修养水平不高、教师专业学科素养不足和教师教育理解程度不深等问题,可将其归因为教师专业道德、专业知识以及教师理想信念等缺失。结合习近平青年成长思想的相关论述,可从提升教师专业道德修养水平、加强教师专业知识与实践以及坚定教师的理想信念等方面,为解决教师专业发展指明新路径。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,focusing on the growing up of the youth,Xi Jinping has expounded the establishment of idealities and convictions,the acquirenment of knowledge and skills and the improvement of morals and virtues,which has eventually composed the thoughts of Xi Jinping about the youth's growing up which orient the youth toward the self-accomplishment in the new era.At the present time,the shortcomings of the teachers' lower virtue,insuficcient major attainments and superficial understandings of the education may result from the insuficciency of the corresponding elements.According to the thoughts of Xi Jinping,the new corresponding solutions can be found out.
