不同户籍新城市贫困群体生活环境感知及其决定因素--以西安市典型社区为例

摘　　要：以西安市典型社区为例,通过问卷调查和实地考察,运用语义差别法、独立样本T检验和多元线性回归模型,对不同户籍新城市贫困群体生活环境感知状况进行分析,并比较其决定因素。结果显示:异地户籍新城市贫困群体在所有生活环境感知指标上均低于本地户籍新城市贫困群体,其中有9项指标显著低于本地户籍新城市贫困群体。不同户籍新城市贫困群体生活环境感知的决定因素既有一致性,也有差异性:社区居住环境、住房条件、自然环境对本地户籍新城市贫困群体生活环境感知有显著影响,社会环境、通勤条件影响不明显;与其相比,除居住环境和自然环境外,社会环境、通勤条件对异地户籍新城市贫困群体生活环境感知也有显著影响,住房条件影响不明显。Taking Xi＇an typical communities as the case study, through questionnaire survey and field investigation, and using the method of semantic differential, independent sample T-test and multivariable linear regression model, the living environment perception of new urban poverty groups with different household registers were analyzed, and its determinants were compared. The results showed that the living environment perception on each index of the non-local household poverty groups is lower than that of the local household poverty groups, among which nine indexes were significantly lower. The determinants of living environment perception of new urban poverty groups with different household registrations were consistent and different. The living environment, housing condition and natural environment of the community have significant impacts on the living environment of he local household poverty groups, and the social environment and commuting conditions are not obvious. By contrast, in addition to the living environment and the natural environment of the community, social environment and commuting condition also have significant impacts on the living environment of the non-local household poverty groups, while the housing conditions has little influence.
