摘　　要：以信息科学为理论基础,从约定出发探寻社会规范的起源与演化,是近年来行动哲学研究中自然主义研究进路的重要体现。根据刘易斯通过信号博弈模型所做的阐述,约定被理解成信号博弈的某个均衡状态。约定可以被看成是一种描述性的规范,但是其在动力机制与规范性方面都与严格意义上的社会规范有着明显区别,因此在从约定到社会规范的演化过程中需要对社会规范进行理性重建。这种理性重建主要体现在规范性方面,集体意图理论可以为这种规范性提供更为深层次的辩护。理性重建后的社会规范可以运用回到关于科学的哲学探讨之中,比如从社会认识论的视角对科学知识的合理性进行辩护。The conventional approach based on information science to the research of the origin and evolution of social norm is one of the naturalistic stud- ies in philosophy of action in recent years. According to the Lewis ＇ signaling game, convention is an equilibrium of a signaling game. Convention is a kind of descriptive norm, but different from social norm in theirs dynamics and normativity. So a rational reconstruction of social norm is indispensable in the transition from convention to social norm, which is mainly about normativity, and can be justified by the theory of collective intention. The rational recon- structed social norm can provide new arguments of the philosophy of science, such as that of the rationality of scientific knowledge in the perspective of so- cial epistemology.
