摘  要:为制备更稳定的稀土系聚异戊二烯胶乳,对乳化工艺进行了探讨,研究了乳化剂水溶液的pH值、油水比、蒸馏方式、离心转速及时间等对胶乳性能的影响。结果表明,在乳化剂水溶液pH值为12、油水质量比为1.5/1.0时,采用磁子搅拌蒸馏脱除溶剂方式所制备胶乳的粒径较小、Zeta电位较低,蒸馏脱除溶剂时的破乳率较低,静置稳定30 d以上无自行结皮凝聚现象,表观形貌规整,粒子界面清晰;在离心转速8 000 r/min、离心10 min条件下制备的胶乳固体物质量分数可达63.89%。In order to prepare a more stable rare earth polyisoprene latex, the effect of emulsifying process conditions on latex properties were investiga- ted, including pH value of emulsifier aqueous solu- tion, oil - water ratio, stirring mode of distillation, rotational speed and time of contrifugation. The re- suits showed that under the conditions of pH value of emulsifier aqueous solution 12 and oil -water ratio 1.5/1. 0, the latex prepared by solvent distillation with magnetic stirring had smaller particle size, low Zeta potential and demulsification rate of distillation.After the latex was standed for over 30 d, no sponta- neous condensation and skinning occurred and the apparent morphology and particle interface of the la- tex still were regular and clear. When rotational speed was 8 000 r/min and the centrifugal time was 10 min, the solid mass fraction of the latex reached 63.89%
