摘 要:采用机械共混法制备了纳米氢氧化镁/玻璃纤维/硅橡胶复合电缆料,考察了纳米填料在硅橡胶基质中的分散状况,比较了填料用量不同时复合材料的物理机械性能及耐热和阻燃性能的变化规律。结果表明,填料用量较少时其在硅橡胶基质中的分布较为均匀,对复合材料的内部结构具有改善作用。不同用量配比的氢氧化镁与玻璃纤维均能有效改善硅橡胶的物理机械性能,其中拉伸强度、撕裂强度、压缩永久变形及硬度都得到提高。两种填料的配合使用使得复合材料的热稳定性和阻燃性能均得到一定程度的提高,而燃烧时产生的烟气量则小幅下降。Nano magnesium hydroxide/glass fi- ber/silicone rubber composites were prepared by mechanical blending, the dispersion of nano filler in silicon rubber matrix was investigated, and the vari- ation of mechanical properties, heat resistance and flame resistance of the composites was compared at different amounts of the filler. The results showed that when filling ratio was lower, the fillers dispersed uniformly in the rubber matrix and improved the morphological structure of the composites. The the mechanical properties of silicone rubber were effec-tively reinforced at different nano magnesium hydrox- ide to glass fiber ratio, the tensile strength, tear strength, compression permanent set, and hardness all were increased. And the synergistic effect of the two fillers increased both the thermal stability and flame resistance to a certain extent, and the total amount of smoke generated from burning decreased slightly.
