摘 要:研究了用炭黑HM-G 411替代N 330对V带压缩胶硫化特性、力学性能及滞后损失等的影响。结果表明,随着炭黑HM-G 411替代量的增加,V带压缩混炼胶的焦烧时间延长、正硫化时间缩短,门尼黏度先减小后略有增大,对压缩胶的挤出加工性能影响不大;V带压缩硫化胶的拉伸强度和定伸应力总体上有所增大,Payne效应逐渐明显,HM-G 411的增强效果有所提升,扯断伸长率稍有下降,硬度的变化不大;温度扫描和应变扫描下的损耗因子均有所减小,动态生热降低。The effect of amount of carbon black HM-G 411 instead of N 330 on curing characteris- tics, mechanical properties and hysteresis loss of V- belt compression rubber was investigated. The re- suits showed that scorch time of compression rubber was extend with increase of HM-G 411, whereas op- timum curing time was shortened. The Mooney vis- cosity was decreased first and then increased slight- ly. Meanwhile, there was no significant improve- ment on extrusion processing properties of compres- sion rubber. On the whole, with increasing HM-G411 amount, the tensile strength and modulus of compression rubber were improved, and Payne effect became increasingly obvious, which indicated a good reinforcing effect caused by HM-G 411. Other prop- erties could be stated at follows: elongation at break, loss factor and dynamic heat build-up were decreased, yet hardness of compression rubber re- mained constant with increase of HM-G 411.
