以钕系催化剂催化月桂烯与丁二烯高顺式1,4-共聚合（英文）

摘　　要：首先以Nd(P_(204))_3/Al(i-Bu)_2H/Al_2Et_3Cl_3体系合成了分子量分布较窄的聚丁二烯,利用该体系的活性聚合特征,在聚合体系中加入月桂烯单体,制备了丁二烯与月桂烯的嵌段共聚物。结果表明,该催化体系在50℃下具有较高的催化活性。当共聚单体丁二烯与月桂烯的摩尔比(n_(Bd)/n_(MY))从3/1下降至1/2时,共聚物分子量从3700g/mol增加到7800g/mol,而凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)曲线仍然呈现单峰窄分布,说明形成了月桂烯与丁二烯共聚物;当nBd/nMY为1/3时,部分月桂烯发生了均聚,GPC曲线变成双峰,分子量分布变宽。The development of sustainable polymers has drawn great attention in both academic and industry, due to the increasing burdens of gra- dual exhaustion of petroleum reserves and environment pollution..8- Myrcene （MY） is a kind of natural terpene obtained mainly from man- y natural plant oils, which has the potential to replace commercial rubbers as a promising rubbery midblock in view of its good thermal stability and mechanical properties. Recently, a variety of lanthanide- based catalysts have been used in （co） polymerization of MY, affor- ding polymyrcene （ PMY ） with different stereoregularity. For exam- ple, Visseaux＇ s group prepared cis-1,4-and trans-1,4-regulated PMY by neodymium and lanthanum borohydride-based catalysts.
