摘  要:介绍了一种新型的提高连铸坯定尺切割精度的判定方法,使用具有国内先进水平的动态辊道衡作为单支钢坯重量采集的设备,通过铸坯重量预判钢坯质量的优劣,从而筛选出合格坯,铸坯成品合格率比计划合格率提高了5%,有效提高了轧材成材率。In the paper, a kind of new decision methods to increase the cutting accuracy of constant length cutting of continuous casting billets was intreduced.By taking dynamic miler scale with domestic advanced level as the weight acquisition device of single billet, then the quality of billets was predicted through the weight of billets, so as to the qualified billetscan be selected. The qualified rate of the finished product is 5% higher than the qualified rate of the plan, thus it effectively improved the yield of rolled products.
