纳米流体流动和散热规律对氢内燃机的影响

摘  要:通过数值模拟的方法对氧化石墨烯乙二醇和水混合纳米流体对氢内燃机的散热进行研究。主要研究氧化石墨烯体积分数分别为0%,1%,2%,5%和7%时对水腔散热的影响。计算结果表明:随着氧化石墨烯体积分数的增大,纳米流体对整体冷却效果降低。在氧化石墨烯纳米粒子体积分数为1%时,高温区的热流率相比基液有了提高。因此氧化石墨烯粒子的体积分数在1%左右时对系统的冷却效果最好。In this paper, numerical simulation method was employed to study on influence of the graphene oxide glycol andwater-based nanofluid on the cooling of HICE. Mainly to research the impact regular on the hydrogen engine water chambercooling when the volume concentration of graphene oxide partical in graphene oxide glycol and water mixture based nanofluid were 0%, 1%, 2%, 5% and 7%. Results show that: As the volume fraction of the graphene oxide increases, the coolingperformance of the nanofluids overall weakening. When the volume fraction of graphene oxide nanoparticles is 1%, the heatflux high temperature region was improved compared to the base fluid. When the volume fraction of graphene oxidenanoparticles is about 1%, the effect on the hydrogen internal combustion engine cooling in high temperature region ispreferably.
