摘　　要：我国民办高校内部治理结构的演变就是出资者控制权与教职工控制权不断冲突和合作的过程。根据出资者控制权与教职工控制权强弱的不同,我国民办高校的内部治理结构可划分为"松散型治理""人力资本单边治理""出资者单边治理""关键利益相关者共同治理"四种类型,并随着我国民办高校生命周期的不同阶段而发生演变。在2015年以后进入分类规范期后,必然会走向"关键利益相关者共同治理"。The evolution of the internal governance structure of private universities in China is a process of continuous conflict and cooperation between the control power of investors and that of the academics and administrators. According to the different strength of the control power of investors and the academics and administrators, four types of internal governance structure of private universities can be distinguished, respectively ＇loose governance＇, ＇unilateral governance by human capital＇, ＇unilateral governance by investors＇, and ＇shared governance by key stakeholders＇. The type of the internal governance structure has been continuously throughout the different life cycle stages of China＇s private universities, and will inevitably become ~overnance bv kev stakeholders governance by key stakeholders＇ after the implementation of classified management of private education.
