摘 要:社会正义现状的研究,需要将公平与公正整合起来分析社会正义认知重心状况。在传统社会,民众社会正义认知重心的天平是偏向于公平一端的,认为结果的合理性高于程序,但是在社会现代化的进程中,社会结构的转型会不断推动其向公正转变。对社会转型时期民众社会正义认知重心变化的影响因素问题的分析表明,民众的正义观念与正义感受之间并没有显著的相关性;受教育程度越高,正义观念就具有更强的公正导向特征,所感受到的程序不合理现象要更多一些;与农民相比,国有部门和民营部门工作人员的正义观念呈现出更强的公正导向特征;与西部地区居民相比,中部地区和东部地区居民的正义观念具有更强的公平导向特征,而且感受到的结果不合理现象要多于过程不合理现象;与农村户籍人口相比,城镇户籍人口更为看重公平问题,其正义观念呈现出更强的公平导向特征。相关研究发现对于促进社会正义认知重心的转型具有借鉴意义。The study of social justice needs to integrate fairness and Impartiality to analyze the focus of popular social justice cogni- tion. In the traditional society, people's justice cognition is fairness oriented, and more attention is paid to the distribution result rather than the distribution process, but in the process of social modernization, the transformation of social structure will continue to promote the transformation of justice. This paper analyzes the influence of social transformation on the change of the focus of social justice cognition. The results show that people's concept of justice and justice feelings and no significant correlation; education will have an impact on the concept of justice, the higher level of education attaches great importance to the process problem, more sensitive to issues related to the rationality of the program; compared with the farmers, the idea of justice of the state sector and the private sector workers show fair ori- ented features stronger; compared with the residents of the western region, the central region residents pay more attention to fairness and related problems; compared with the rural household population, the urban population is more attention to fairness, the concept of justice showed stronger fairness oriented features. These can be used for reference in promoting the transformation of the focus of social justice cognition.
