感毒清益气解毒机制的诠释

摘　　要：益气解毒法是课题组长期对上呼吸道感染的科研临床中总结而出的中医治则。运用诠释学的方法,从益气解毒法的理论内涵,感毒清组方特点、药理机制及临床研究对感毒清益气解毒机制作出分类诠释。诠释目的是深入挖掘益气解毒法的本质特征,对感毒清治疗上呼吸道感染（气虚邪犯证）的机理进行科学地解释,从而更好地指导临床运用。In long clinical research of upper respiratory tract infection,our task group conclud that tonifying qi by detoxification method is one of ttraditional Chinese medicine law. From the hermeneutics method and the theoretical connotation of tonifying qi by detoxification method,this paper made a classification interpretation of Ganduqing that incuded formular characteristics,pharmacological mechanism and clinical research. The aim of interpretation is to deeply research the essence feature of tonifying qi by detoxification,and make a scientific explanation that Ganduqing can treat upper respiratory tract infection（ syndrome of qi deficiency and evil invasion）,and thus better guiding the clinical application.
