摘　　要：目的：利用Bioinformatics Analysis Tool for Molecular mech ANism of Traditional Chinese Medicine（BATMAN-TCM）在线分析工具预测玄胡索散治疗骨关节炎（osteoarthritis,OA）作用并进行初步试验验证。方法：在数据库中检索玄胡索散中单味药化学成分信息,利用BATMAN-TCM预测其潜在作用靶点、通路与疾病,构建化学成分-靶点-疾病网络,预测其治疗OA的作用。采用前交叉韧带横断联合半月板切除术造OA大鼠模型,经玄胡索散治疗后观察其对OA大鼠膝关节组织病理学与总胶原的影响,初步验证预测结果。结果：经BATMANTCM预测发现玄胡索散能作用于多条与OA相关通路,并具有治疗多种骨相关疾病的功效,动物试验表明玄胡索散能明显抑制OA大鼠膝关节软骨损伤（P〈0.05）与胶原降解（P〈0.05）。结论：BATMAN-TCM预测结果较为可靠,玄胡索散具有治疗OA的潜在作用。Objective： To predict the therapeutic efficiency of Xuan Hu Suo San（ XHSS） on osteoarthritis（ OA） by Bioinformatics Analysis Tool for Molecular mech ANism of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ BATMAN-TCM） online analysis tool and vivo experimental validation. Methods： We utilized the BATMAN-TCM to predict the potential targets,pathways and diseases of the ingredients contained in each herbal of XHSS,which were collected from several databases.Then we constructed an ingredients-targets-diseases network to predict its efficiency on OA. In order to verify the prediction,OA rats model,created by anterior cruciate ligament transection and medial meniscus resection（ ACLT ＋ MMx）,was treated by XHSS to observe its effect on the histopathology and total collagen of knee. Results： The results of BATMANT-TCM analysis show that XHSS plays a significant role on OA related pathways and has therapeutic efficiency on bone related diseases. What’s more,the results of vivo experiment show that XHSS can obviously suppress the cartilage injury（ P 〈 0. 05） and collagen degradation（ P 〈 0. 05） of knee in OA rats model. Conclusion： The prediction of BATMAN-TCM is relatively reliable. XHSS has potential therapeutic efficiency on OA.
