摘 要:目的:探讨艾可清对艾滋病猴T细胞各亚群的免疫调节作用。方法:选取经静脉注射感染SIVmac239的中国恒河猴15只,随机分为3组:艾可清低剂量组,艾可清高剂量组和模型对照组,每组5只。分别于给药前、给药4周、给药8周、停药4周和停药8周采集外周血,检测T细胞功能亚群、纯真亚群和记忆亚群,观察其变化;分离血浆检测外周血SIV病毒载量。结果:与对照组相比,高剂量组CD4+CD28-(%)在给药第4周、第8周和停药4周均显著上升(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);CD4+纯真细胞在高剂量组给药8周显著上升(P〈0.05),CD8+纯真细胞在低剂量组给药第4周、第8周和高剂量组给药8周均显著上升(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);高、低剂量组各时间点病毒载量与对照相比没有显著变化。结论:艾可清对艾滋病猴CD4+CD28-细胞和CD4+、CD8+纯真细胞有一定的提升作用。Objective: To study the immune regulation effect of Aikeqing on T lymphocyte subsets of SIV/SAIDS.Methods: Fifteen Chinese rhesus monkeys infected with SIVmac239 were randomly divided into 3 groups: low dose Aikeqing group,high dose Aikeqing group and model control group,5 rats in each group. Then the functional subsets,naive subsets and memory subsets of T cell were detected and peripheral blood viral load was tested in pre-administration,4 and 8 weeks during administration and 4 and 8 weeks after drug withdrawal. Results: Compared with the control group,the percentage of CD4+ CD28 cells in high does group raised significantly at the 4 th and 8 th week in administration and 4 th week after drug withdrawal( P 〈 0. 05,P 〈 0. 01). CD4+ naive cells in high dose group were raised significantly at the 8 th week during administration( P 〈 0. 05) and CD8+ naive cells were raised significantly at the 4 th and 8 th week in the low dose group and the 8 th week in the high dose group( P 〈 0. 05,P 〈 0. 01). There was no significant change in viral load between the high and low dose groups at all time points compared to the control. Conclusion:Aikeqing can enhance CD4+ CD28- cells and CD4+ and CD8+ naive cells in SIV/SADIS.
