摘　　要：目的：观察不同成熟度预知子种子对肝癌SMMC7721细胞恶性增殖的抑制作用与差异。方法：采用乙醇回流提取法提取不同成熟度预知子种子药用成分,MTT检测其对SMMC7721肝癌细胞恶性增殖及观察形态学的影响。结果：不同成熟度预知子种子提取物对人肝癌细胞恶性增殖均存在抑制作用且存在差异,成熟者强于未成熟者;且成熟者诱导细胞内空泡发生的作用强,提示其诱导内质网应激成分得到富集。结论：随着预知子成熟,其种子中抑制肝癌细胞增殖和诱导其内质网应激的成分均得到富集,提示应收获成熟的预知子,提高其药用价值。Objective： To observe the inhibition and differences of hepatoma carcinoma cells malignant proliferation with Akebia Fruit seeds extract of different maturity levels,and try to find out the mechanism of action. Method： To observe the inhibition of hepatoma carcinoma cells malignant proliferation with Akebia Fruit seeds extract of different maturity levels generated by ethanol reflux extraction via MTT and we observed the morphological changes through cell morphology observation. Result： There were differences between the inhibiting effect of the hepatoma carcinoma cells malignant proliferation with Akebia Fruit seeds extract of different maturity levels. The inhibition effect of the close to mature and full mature Akebia Fruit seeds extract was better than the immature ones. The number and volume of the bubbles in the cells also support this result,indicating that the active substance caused internal bubbles and Endoplasmic reticulum stress get rich. Conclusion： With the maturity of the Akebia Fruit,the material inside is changing,the active components led to cells proliferation get rich,so we should harvest the full mature fruits and separate the seeds to improve the medicinal value.
