小青龙汤加味联合信必可都保治疗对支气管哮喘患者炎症因子变化影响分析

摘　　要：目的：考察小青龙汤加味联合信必可都保治疗对支气管哮喘患者炎症因子影响。方法：选择符合诊断标准的支气管哮喘（寒哮证）患者60例,随机分为两组,信必可都保组和联合组,每组30例。比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、肺功能变化及血清IgE、干扰素-γ（INF-γ）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）水平。结果：联合组患者临床症状改善效果优于信必可都保组患者（P〈0.05）。联合组患者治疗后FVC、PEF、FEV1、FEV1/FVC均显著优于信必可都保组患者（P〈0.05）。联合组患者治疗后血清IgE、IL-4水平均显著低于信必可都保组患者、INF-γ显著高于信必可都保组患者（P〈0.05）。结论：小青龙汤加味联合信必可都保治疗支气管哮喘可改善患者炎症反应进而改善临床治疗效果。Objective： To investigate the effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with symbicort turbuhaler on inflammatory factors in patients with asthma. Methods： 60 patients that met the diagnostic criteria of asthma（ cold syndrome） were randomly divided into Symbicort Turbuhaler group and combination group,30 cases in each group. The improvement of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and serum levels of IgE,INF-and IL-4 were compared between the two groups. Results： The clinical effective rate incombination group was significantly higher than that in Symbicort Turbuhaler group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The FVC,PEF,FEV1,FEV1 and/FVC in combination group were significantly better than those in Symbicort Turbuhaler group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the serum IgE and IL-4 levels in combination group were significantly lower than those of symbicort turbuhaler group,INF-γ was significantly higher than that of patients with gamma Symbicort Turbuhaler group patients（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with symbicort turbuhaler has a great clinical effects on asthma which can improve the inflammatory reaction.
