摘　　要：介绍吴良村应用小陷胸汤治疗胰腺癌的经验。认为胰腺属奇恒之腑,当以通为用;胰腺位属中焦,其功能受肝胆疏泄、脾胃升降影响较大,其病当以和法治之;临证应以八纲辨证为指导,简化辨证流程,把握病机核心。提出胰腺癌所致腹痛类似于中医结胸证,可效仿小结胸证论治,施以和法的代表治法辛开苦降法,宽胸散结以治之。This article introduces WU Liangcun＇ s experience in treating pancreatic cancer with Xiao Xianxiong Tang（小陷胸汤）. He thinks that the pancreas is an extraordinary Fu-organ,which could perform its function when there is free flow. The pancreas is located in the middle Jiao（the middle energizer,中焦）,whose functions is under great influence of the free flow of Qi in the liver and the gallbladder as well as the ascending and descending of Qi in the spleen and the stomach,which should be treated by harmonization. In clinical practice,eight-principle syndrome differentiation should be the guideline,to simplify the process of syndrome differentiation and grasp the core of the pathogenesis. He also puts forward that the abdominal pain caused by pancreatic cancer is similar to the chest bind syndrome in Chinese medicine,which could be treated following the example of minor chest bind syndrome,using acrid herbs to open and bitter herbs to promote descent,representative of harmonization,to relieve stuffiness of the chest and reduce masses.
