基于肾脑相关理论探讨阿尔茨海默病患者中枢神经再生

摘　　要：提出阿尔茨海默病(AD)病位在脑,与肾关系最为密切;肾精、肾气为脑髓、脑神的物质与功能基础;肾中精气虚损、髓海不足、神机失用为AD的发病根源。调控中枢神经再生是AD的潜在治疗方案,而中医药在调节中枢神经再生方面具有优势。肾脑相关理论是调节AD患者中枢神经再生的重要中医理论基础,补精益气是促进中枢神经再生的重要方法,可为研究中医药调控AD的中枢神经再生提供理论依据。The authors put forward that the disease location of Alzheimer＇s disease（ AD） is at the brain,which closely related to the kidney. The kidney essence and kidney-qi are the material and functional basis of brain marrow and brain spirit. Essence and Qi in kidney deficiency,deficiency of marrow-reservoir and spiritual mechanism dysfunction are the root cause of AD. Regulating regeneration of central nervous system is the potential therapeutic regimen of AD,while Chinese medicine has advantages in regulating regeneration of central nervous. Kidney-brain related theory is the important Chinese medicine theoretical basis for regulating regeneration of central nervous of AD patients;and tonifying essence and benefiting Qi is important methods for promoting central nervous regeneration,which may provide theoretical base for research of Chinese medicine regulating the regeneration of central nervous of AD.
