摘　　要：对于高校图书馆发展而言,新时代图书管理员的再学习、再提高的作用显而易见。文章以近年来河南科技学院图书管理员再学习为例,研究当前高校图书管理员人员构成现状,分析未来发展态势以及再学习模式的探讨,以期为高校图书馆发展作出贡献。For the development of university libraries, librarians in the new era of re-learning, to further enhance the role is obvious. Taking the re-study of librarians in Henan Institute of Science and Technology as an example, this paper studies the current situation of university librarians, analyzes the future development trend and the mode of re- learning, in order to make a contribution to the development of university libraries.
