摘 要:全球驻留语音业务—VoLTE,目前已逐渐开始大量商用,VoLTE业务用户和普通数据业务用户共享网络资源,而VoLTE GBR业务使用优先级相对普通数据用户non-GBR业务优先级高。当VoLTE用户数多时,网络资源受限,在D,F,E异频组网的结构下,如何均衡语音VoLTE业务与数据业务,如何有效发挥D,F,E频段的资源效率保障用户体验是文章研究的重点。诺基亚新Feature LTE1127基于业务切换,可以通过定义VoLTE的专用承载频点,使得将QCI1业务承载在专门的优选频率层,从而提升non-GBR频率层的用户平均吞吐率和VoLTE专有频段,保证了VoLTE语音质量和容量。The presence of global voice service-VoLTE, has started a large number of commercial, VoI,TE business users and data users sharing tile same network resources. And the VoLTE GBR priority is higher than on-GBR tr^tffic priority. Withing the VOLTE user increasing, the network resources is more and more limited, how to balanced VoluTE voice and data services is the focus of this study. Nokia's new Feature LTE 1127 based service switching, by defining a dedicated bearer VoLTE frequency, such that QCI1 service bearer in a special preferred frequency layer, thereby enhancing the user non-GBR frequeney layer average throughput and VoLTE exclusive band, to ensure that the VoLTE voice quality and capacity.
