教研著三维比较视角下的科研队伍层次结构与发展现状研究

摘  要:为了把握我国科技人员的发展现状,进而为科研队伍的优化和完善提供借鉴,文章以科研人员的特征为切入点,从国家自然科学基金项目承担者、高等学校专任教师和中国科学引文数据库中的论文作者这3个维度,依次从年龄、专业技术职位与学位这3个指标对自科基金项目承担者与科研队伍进行比较分析,得出自科基金项目承担者与科研队伍存在宏观一致性,我国已经形成了年轻化、高职称和高学历的科研队伍。In order grasp the current situation of the development of science and technology personnel in our country and to provide a reference for the optimization and improvement of the research team, this paper based on the characteristics of scientific research personnel as the breakthrough point, from three dimensions of the National Natural Science Fund project undertaker, high school teachers and Chinese Science Citation Database of the author, conducted a comparative analysis of age, professional and technical jobs and degree of these three indicators. The paper found that there are macro consistency between the National Natural Science Fund project undertaker and the research team, and China has formed a young, high professional title and high degree of scientific research team.
