摘 要:采用溶液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸酯多元醇,通过改变引发剂的用量可控制其分子量在40000~100000范围内。利用红外光谱对该产物的微观结构进行了验证,红外图谱显示其为聚丙烯酸酯多元醇。以合成的丙烯酸酯多元醇为A组份(即主剂),异氰酸酯为B组份(即固化剂),制备了一种聚氨酯胶黏剂,用于太阳能电池背板PE/PET层间的粘结。测得其初始剥离力在4N/15mm以上,熟化1d以后,剥离力在10N/15mm以上,可用于太阳能电池背板的制备。Polyacrylic polyols was synthesized by solution polymerization and the molecular weight can be controlled in the range of 40000 ~ 100000 by changing the dosage of initiator. Its structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the product was Polyacrylic polyols. The polyurethane adhesive was prepared with acrylic polyol as group A(main agent) and isocyanate as group B(curing agent),which was used for bonding the solar battery back PE/PET layer. The measured initial peel strength can reach more than 4 N/15 mm and 1 day after curing, the peel strength can reach more than 10 N/15 mm, which indicated that it can be used for the preparation of solar battery backboard adhesive.
