摘 要:以微晶纤维素(MCC)为原料,研究了160℃下1-丁基-3甲基咪唑氯盐([C4mim]Cl)水溶液处理机制。利用傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射和热重分析等技术分析了处理过程对纤维素结构的影响。结果表明,在[C4mim]Cl质量分数大于60%的条件下,[C4mim]Cl水溶液处理破坏MCC原有氢键结构。[C4mim]Cl质量分数增大,纤维素表面官能团的红外谱带位移增大,热重分析的特征温度降低,[C4mim]Cl水溶液对纤维素作用增强,纤维素的结晶指数先增大后减小。高浓度([C4mim]Cl质量分数大于60%)和低浓度条件下,[C4mim]Cl水溶液对纤维素的处理遵循不同作用机制。The process mechanism of treatment in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium([C4 mim]Cl)aqueous solutions at 160 ℃ was investigated,using microcrystal cellulose(MCC)as feedstock.Effect of the treatment on cellulose structure was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,X ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analyses.The results indicated that the original compact structure with hydrogen-bonds was destroyed by the treatment of [C4 mim]Cl aqueous solutions with concentration of 60%.With the increase of IL concentration,the FT-IR band shifts of cellulose functional groups increased while the TGA characteristic temperature decreased,and the interactions between [C4 mim]Cl aqueous solution and cellulose were enhanced;the crystal index of cellulose increased at first and then decreased.It could be inferred that treatment of cellulose using[C4 mim]Cl aqueous solutions follow different mechanisms in the case of high content(more than 60%)and low content.
