幽门螺杆菌感染与高甘油三酯血症的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与高甘油三酯血症的关系。方法 285例进行^(13)C-尿素呼气试验患者,将Hp阳性患者作为观察组(106例),将Hp阴性患者作为对照组(179例),分别对两组患者进行甘油三酯检测,对两组患者高甘油三酯血症发生情况及观察组中不同病程患者的高甘油三酯血症发生情况进行比较。结果检查发现,两组中共有高甘油三酯血症患者51例,发生率为17.89%(51/285)。观察组中有高甘油三酯血症患者27例,发生率为25.47%;对照组中有高甘油三酯血症患者24例,发生率为13.41%;观察组患者高甘油三酯血症发生率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中病程<3年患者为34例,高甘油三酯血症患者7例(20.59%);中病程≥3年患者为72例,高甘油三酯血症患者20例(27.78%);观察组中不同病程患者高甘油三酯血症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Hp感染与高甘油三酯血症具有一定关系,Hp感染人群应密切关注血脂变化。Objective To discuss the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and hypertriglyceridemia. Methods A total of 285 patients with ~C-urea breath test were taken as the study subjects, with positive Hp patients as observation group （106 cases） and negative Hp patients as control group （179 cases）. The triglyceride in two groups were tested respectively. The incidence of hypertriglyceridemia in two groups and the occurrence of hypertriglyceridemia in patients in different courses of the observation group were compared. Results According to detection, there were $1 hypertriglyceridemia cases, accounting for 17.89% （51/285）, with 27 hypertriglyceridemia cases in the observation group, accounting for 25.47%, and 24 hypertriglyceridemia cases in the control group, accounting for 13.41%. The observation group had obviously higher incidence of hypertriglyceridemia than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group had 34 cases with disease course 〈 3 years, including 7 hypertriglyceridemia cases （20.59%）, 72 cases with disease course ≥ 3 years, including 20 hypertriglyceridemia cases （27.78%）. The observation group had no statistically significant difference in incidence of hypertriglyceridemia of different disease courses （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Hp infection has a certain relationship with hypertriglyceridemia, and Hp infection patients should pay close attention to the changes of blood lipids.
