摘 要:为解决电网发生极端事故工况下其调频容量需求与调频容量机会成本矛盾大的问题,通过分析电网一、二次调频过程耦合特点,给出储能辅助电网调频的方法,在此基础上,结合钛酸锂电池的充/放电倍率特性以及不同倍率下作用时间的等效折算方法,形成考虑钛酸锂电池倍率特性的调频用容量配置流程。最后,以电网发生紧急(极端)事故(发电机突然跳闸或负荷突然增加)工况为算例进行验证,结果表明,相同扰动工况下,考虑倍率特性后,钛酸锂电池所需配置的容量显著降低。仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性及具有高倍率特性的钛酸锂电池的优势。We studied that the capacity configuration of lithium titanate battery in whole grid frequency regulation on the rate characteristic, to solve the contradiction between the requirements of grid frequency regulation capacity and the op- portunity cost of frequency regulation capacity under the extreme event of power grid. Through analyzing coupling features of the primary and second frequency regulation in the grid that energy storage battery participates in, we put for- ward a method of energy storage battery capacity configuration by combining with the equivalent conversion method of using the time of action at different charge/discharge rate characteristics of lithium titanate batteries. Moreover, taking emergency (extreme) accidents occurring in the grid (sudden tripping of the generator or increasing in load) for example, We simulated and analyzed the capacity configuration of energy storage battery in frequency regulation by model of re- gional power grid. The results show that the capacity required for the lithium titanate battery in high rate is lower than that without considering the rate characteristics in terms of the same perturbation conditions. The simulation verifies the effec- tiveness of the proposed method and the advantages of the energy storage battery considering the charge/discharge rate characteristics in frequency regulation.
