不同剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究不同剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法 86例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,按照入院顺序分为对照组与研究组,各43例。对照组服用6.25 mg剂量米非司酮,研究组服用12.5 mg剂量米非司酮。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者临床总有效率为51.16%,显著优于对照组的20.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者每日口服12.5 mg剂量的米非司酮临床效果显著,值得临床推广和运用。Objective To study the efficacy of different doses of mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 86 patients with perimenopausal dygfunctional uterine bleeding were divided by admission order into control group and research group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received mifepristone by 6.25 mg, and the research group received mifepristone by 12.5 mg. The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results The research group had obviously better clinical total effective rate as 51.16% than 20.93% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral administration of mifepristone with 12.5 mg per day for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding shows remarkable clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
