摘  要:本文分析研究了高水分褐煤对锅炉设备和制粉系统的选型的影响,对风扇磨锅炉设计特点,整体布置方案、制粉系统、烟气余热系统的设计等问题进行了探讨。研究表明采用三介质风扇磨制粉系统很容易达到干燥出力,采用较低的炉膛截面、容积热负荷较合理。提出了高温炉烟系统和抽烟口设计的要点。The effect of the high-moisture lignite on the type selections oftheboiler equipment and coal pulverizing system is analyzed and investigated. In view of the design features of fan mill boiler, the designs for the overall layout, pulverizing system, and waste heat system of flue gas are further explored. The research indicates that the drying capacity can be easily achieved by using the three- dielectric fan grinding powder. And the heat load for the furnace and wall should be design of lower. Furthermore, the paper proposes the design essentials inhigh-temperature furnace gas systems and smoke mouth.
