摘　　要：目的探讨实时动态血糖监测在糖尿病治疗中的作用。方法选取于我院治疗的糖尿病患者60例,随机分为2组各30例。对照组患者使用血糖仪进行末梢血糖监测,试验组采用动态血糖监测系统对血糖进行监测,对2组患者的血糖控制情况进行对比分析。结果试验组的患者低血糖发生率、血糖水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论动态血糖监测对糖尿病患者指导胰岛素治疗方案和血糖控制具有比较积极的作用,临床应用价值高。Objectives Explore the application of real-time dynamic monitoring in diabetes.Methods 60 cases diabetic patients in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases.Control group used blood glucose meter, and the experimental group used continuous glucose monitoring system. The blood glucose control of two groups was compared.Results The incidence of hypoglycemia and the level of blood glucose in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The dynamic monitoring has a positive effect on the treatment of insulin and the control of blood glucose.
