摘　　要：目的探讨肝脾损伤的超声诊断价值。方法选取2016年1月—2017年2月收治的28例肝脾损伤患者,回顾性分析其超声检查情况。结果 28例肝脾损伤患者中,超声确诊26例,诊断符合率达到92.9%(26/28),误漏诊率为7.1%(2/28)。结论超声诊断不仅可以提高诊断速度,缩短诊断时间,同时可以为肝脾损伤提供准确度更高的诊断依据。Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of liver and spleen injury.Methods From the range of 28 cases of liver and spleen injury patients from January 2016 to February 2017 as the clinical research data, to check the way of ultrasonic diagnosis of 28 cases of patients with.Results in 28 cases of liver and spleen injury patients,the use of diagnostic ultrasound diagnosed 26 way an example, coincidence rate reached 92,9% （26/28）, misdiagnosis, missed a total of 2 cases, the misdiagnosis rate wasT.l%.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis can not only improve the diagnosis rate, shorten the time of diagnosis, and can provide more accurate diagnosis for the clinical diagnosis of liver and spleen The basis,therefore recommended for days after the injury of liver and spleen patients at diagnosis, diagnosed by ultrasound.
