摘  要:拳术套路在小学体育教学内容体系中占有重要的地位,对小学生武术运动技能的培养以及运动心理过程的调控具有十分积极的实践意义。运用文献法、问卷调查法、教学实验法等,研究拳术套路教学对小学生心理健康的干预方式,探讨拳术教学对小学生心理健康影响的基本规律。通过体育教学实践,把具体的拳术套路与小学生的心理健康发展有机结合,为小学生的全面发展服务。Boxing routines occupies an important position in sports teaching content system of the primary school. It is of positive practical significance in the cultivation of student' s skills of wushu sport and control of the psychological process of sports. By using lit- erature method, questionnaire method, and experiment teaching method, the paper studies the mode of intervention of boxing routines teaching for primary school students' mental health and discusses the basic laws of influence. Through the practice of physical educa- tion, the author attempts to combine the specific boxing routines with students' mental health development organically so as to serve the comprehensive development of students.
