摘 要:目的了解京郊乡村医生收入现状及其影响因素,分析乡村医生补偿机制存在的问题,提高乡村医生服务积极性。方法通过统计描述、多元线性回归分析等统计学方法,研究乡村医生收入现状及影响因素。结果乡村医生收入总体偏低,药品数量、村卫生室是否为新农合定点报销机构、乡村医生对自己基本医疗服务提供的评分、乡村医生的基础学历、日均就诊人次数和本村村卫生室的数量影响乡村医生的收入。结论国家应制定相关政策,完善乡村医生的报酬机制,推进乡村一体化管理,合理分配卫生资源,适时加强对乡村医生的技能培训。OBJECTIVE To find out the current situation of village doctors' income in Beijing suburbs and its influencing factors and analyze the problems of village doctors' compensation mechanism and improve the enthusiasm of village doctors. METHOD Through the statistical description, multiple linear regression analysis and other statistical methods to study the status of village doctors' in- come and its influencing factors. RESULT Village doctors' income was generally low. The number of drugs, whether the village health room was the fixed - point organization of the NCMS, the village doctors' medical technology level,the basic qualifications of the village doctor, the number of daily visits and the number of village health room in the village affected the income. CONCLUSION The state should formulate relevant policies to improve the remuneration mechanism of village doctors. Promote rural integrated man- agement, allocate the health resources reasonably.Strengthen the skills training for village doctors.
