摘　　要：目的通过对社区医疗护理服务站试点工作的总结分析,探讨高龄老人居家养老的可行性路径,以积极应对人口老龄化,完善社会养老服务体系。方法成立民办机构性质的护理站,从2013年8月起为符合条件的高龄老人提供上门评估,并根据需求为老人提供居家医疗护理服务。结果通过近3年的试点运行,有396名高龄老人提出服务申请,经评估有281名老人享受了居家医疗护理服务,主要以基础护理项目为主,临床护理项目相对开展偏少。结论试点工作虽然取得了一定的成效,但高龄老人护理人才队伍整体业务能力急需提高。Objective To analyze the pilot practice of medical and nursing service stations for elderly people in Xinzhuang community, and to investigate the possibility of home care. Methods Since August 2013, private pension institutions were set up to provide on-site assessment for the elderly people who met the requirements and home care according to their needs. Results After assessment, 281 persons enjoyed the home and less clinical nursing programs. Conclusion Three years later, 396 elderly persons applied for the service. heahhcare services which mainly included primary care projects The pilot practice of medical and nursing service stations for elderly people in Xinzhuang community has made certain achievements, but the overall ability of the nursing team needs to be improved urgently.
