摘 要:热奈特在《叙事话语》中从时序(order)、时长(duration)和频率(frequency)三个方面讨论了叙事话语时间和故事时间的关系,但是他提出的叙事时间理论并不完善。本文从时序、时长和频率三个方面剖析西方叙事时间理论未能覆盖的理论盲区,论证中国古典叙事时间理论如何填补这些空缺。在探讨中西叙事时间理论的差异性和互补性的同时,挖掘中西叙事时间理论的文化思想渊源和美学涵义,并提议建构一种融合中国文学叙述特点和西方叙事理论的叙事学。In Narrative Discourse, Gerard Genette distinguishes the discourse time from story time by exploring three key elements of time, namely, order, duration and frequency. Although the three factors also play avery important role in Chinese narratology, it is far from being enough to embrace all the features of narrative time in Chinese narrative tradition. Influenced by the cosmology of harmony between truman and nature, Chinese classical works tend to take time as a means to construct the system of spatial structure, and reveal their philosophical connotation and aesthetic effects in this way. In a word, researching into the specific features of the narrative time reflected in Chinese literary works will be helpful for us to find out the diversity and complementarity between the western and Chinese concepts of time, and will be significant in the enrichment and improvement of the narrative time theory.
