松龄血脉康胶囊治疗冠心病合并高脂血症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察松龄血脉康胶囊治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各34例。治疗组和对照组分别给予松龄血脉康胶囊和复方丹参片治疗,疗程4周;治疗前、后进行血、尿常规及肝、肾功能、心电图等指标检测,对比治疗前各项指标及治疗后效果。结果治疗组总有效率为88.24%,对照组总有效率为64.70%,两组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论松龄血脉康胶囊治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床疗效确切,无明显不良反应发生。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Songlingxuemaikang capsule on coronary heart disease（ CHD） complicated with hyperlipemia.Methods 68 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group,each group was composed of34 cases.The treatment group was treated with Songlingxuemaikang capsule while the control group was treated with Compound danshen tablets for 4 weeks.The blood and urine routine,liver and renal function,electrocardiogram were detected and compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group are 88.24%, 64.70%,respectively,and there are significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of CHD combined with hyperlipidemia by Songlingxuemaikang capsule has obvious effect with no apparently adverse drug reactions.
