论女性职场小说促成女毕业生就业创业的功效

摘　　要：女性职场小说是指由女性作家以其职场的亲身经历为蓝本创作的以女性为主人公的小说,它曾一度长期占据图书销量排行榜的首位,这类小说的代表作是《杜拉拉升职记》、《浮沉》、《格子间女人》、《裁员的日子》等,具有代表性的女作家早有香港的梁凤仪、亦舒,今有大陆的李可、崔曼莉、舒仪等。女性职场小说对女毕业生了解公司的组织架构、运作流程及人事管理等基本常识具有参照价值,对女毕业生重新认识自我、调整自我定位偏差具有促进作用,对女毕业生树立远大理想、并付诸行动具有启示意义,对女毕业生培养良好的心理素质和锲而不舍的精神具有示范作用,有助于提高女毕业生就业创业的综合素质。Women＇s novels refer to by the female writers in the workplace experience modeled on the creation of female protagonist of the novel, it had once dominated the book sales charts, this kind of novel is the masterpiece of ＂Du Lala promotion＂ and ＂downs＂, ＂woman＂ and ＂cubicle layoffs day＂, representing the female writers had Hongkong Liang Fengyi, Yi Shu, Li Ke, Cui Manli, this is Shu Yi, etc.. Basic knowledge of women in the workplace novels of female graduates to understand the company＇s organizational structure, operation process and personnel management has the reference value to the female graduates, self understanding, self adjustment and re positioning deviation has promoting effect on female graduates, lofty ideals, and put into action with enlightenment, good psychological quality and perseverance with demonstration effect of cultivation of female graduates, can help improve the comprehensive quality of employment of female graduates.
