摘 要:为了提高传统电焊机中开关电源的效率,设计了一种新的焊接电源,其原理是基于一种改进型的移相控制全桥零电压开关PWM变换器,在变换器中加入了谐振电感和钳位二极管。分析了该变换器可以消除变压器二次侧输出整流二极管两端电压尖峰的原因以及高效率的特性,得到了基于Pspice的PS-FB-ZVS PWM变换器的仿真波形,并设计了1台2.4k W、50Hz的实验样机。实验验证结果表明,研制的2.4k W的充电电源实验样机整机效率和可靠性很高,实用价值较大。In order to improve the efficiency of switching power supply in traditional welding machine, a new weld- ing power source is designed. The principle of the design is based on an improved phase - shift full - bridge zero - voltage -switching PWM converter, in which resonators and clamp diodes inductance are added. The reason that the converter can eliminate the voltage spike at both ends of the converter secondary side output rectifier diode and the high efficiency property are analyzed. Then the simulation waveform of PS - FB - ZVS PWM converter based on Pspice is obtained and a 2.4kW, 50Hz experimental prototype is designed. The experimental results show that the designed prototype with 2.4kW rechargeable power supply has high efficiency and reliability as well as the great practical value.
