新型夹心保温墙板温度效应的数值模拟分析

摘　　要：为研究新型夹心保温墙板的保温效果、温度应力和变形,采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS分析夏季不同朝向墙板的温度场;结合热桥分析软件PTemp对比分析桁架钢筋周围填充不同材料的保温效果;并计算夏冬极限温度作用下墙板的温度应力及位移。结果表明:该墙板的温度分布受太阳辐射的影响显著,但不同朝向的墙体内表面温度基本稳定,墙板整体保温效果较好;此墙板采用的聚苯颗粒保温砂浆能有效弥补钢筋导热系数大的缺点,有效维持室内温度稳定;螺栓仅对内叶墙约束明显,桁架钢筋对墙板整体的受力和变形有重要影响;夏季外叶墙边缘处外翘最大达到1.4 mm,且拉应力最大达到2.2 MPa,有开裂风险;冬季墙板中间向内凹陷位移最大,达到0.87 mm。上述分析为新型夹心保温墙板在实际工程中的推广使用和耐久性分析提供了参考依据。To study the heat insulation effect,temperature stress and deformation of a new type of insulation sandwich panel,temperature fields of different directions of panels was analyzed by finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The thermal insulation effect of different materials filled with steel truss was compared by thermal bridge analysis software PTemp and ABAQUS. And extreme temperatures in summer and winter was applied to the panel to get corresponding stress and displacement. The results show that the influence of solar radiation on the temperature field of the insulation sandwich panel is significant,but the temperature generally stable inside the wall surface different orientation and it get a good heat insulation effect. The polystyrene particle insulation mortar can effectively compensate for the disadvantage of large thermal conductivity of truss bars,which maintains indoor temperature stability. The bolt constraints just affect the inner wall,meanwhile,truss reinforcement has important influence on the stress and deformation of wall panels. At the edge of the external wall of the summer,the largest displacement up to 1. 4 mm and the maximum tensile stress reaches 2. 2 MPa,which has the risk of cracking. In winter,the sunken displacement is the largest in the middle of the wallboard,reaching 0. 87 mm. The above analysis provides a reference for the application and durability analysis of the new sandwich thermal insulation wallboard.
