摘  要:以环氧树脂(E-44)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)为改性单体,用预乳化-半连续乳液聚合方法合成了含硅氟的水性环氧丙烯酸乳液,并研究了E-44、KH-570和DFMA含量对乳液和涂膜性能的影响。研究表明:当E-44含量为参加反应单体总量的10%、KH-570为5%、DFMA为10%时,合成的乳液固含量为33.73%、反应程度为98.33%、凝胶率为0.39%,乳液及其涂层性能达到了GB/T 20623—2006《建筑涂料用乳液》标准。红外光谱分析结果显示了E-44、KH-570、DFMA与苯丙单体发生了共聚,粒度分析结果表明乳胶粒子达到了纳米级别且分散性良好。Using epoxy resin(E-44),γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570)and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(DFMA)as modifier,a waterborne epoxy-acrylic latex containing was synthesied by pre-emulsification and secicontinuous emulsion polymerization.The influence of the amount of E-44,KH-570 and DFMA on the properties of the latex and its film was also sutuied.The results show that when E-44 accounts for 10% of the total amount of monomer,KH-570 is 5%,DFMA is 10%,the synthenic latex solid content is 33.73%,the reaction degree is 98.33%,the gel rate is 0.39%,and the properties of the latex and film has reached the standard GB/T 20623—2006 standard for architectural coating with emulsion.What's more,the Fourier transform infrared spectrum results show that E-44,KH-570 and DFMA were successfully involeved in the copolymerization of styrene-acrylate,and the particle size analysis reveals that the size of emulsion particle is nano-sized and it has a good dispersibility.
