摘 要:目的探讨超声心动图技术对先天性肺动脉吊带的诊断价值。方法收集就诊于我院的经CT血管造影或手术证实的肺动脉吊带患儿14例为研究对象,回顾分析其超声心动图特征。结果 14例患儿中经超声心动图检查确诊12例,漏诊2例,诊断准确率86%。12例因呼吸道症状就诊,2例因产前胎儿心脏超声会诊发现。其中10例合并呼吸道狭窄;7例合并其他心血管畸形,包括房间隔缺损4例,室间隔缺损3例,动脉导管未闭2例。结论超声心动图技术可早期无创诊断先天性肺动脉吊带,为治疗与预后提供可靠依据。Objective To evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of echocardiography in patients pulmonary artery sling (PAS). Methods 14 patients with PAS were enrolled in this study. Au cases were confirmed by angiograhy or surgery. Ech- ocardiography characteristics of all patients with PAS were analyzed retrospectively. Results 12 cases were diagnosed by ech- ocardiography and 2 cases were misdiagnosed, and the arceuracy rate was 86 %. 12 cases came to hospital because of respiratory symptoms, 2 cases found by prenatal care. In 14 cases, 10 cases were combined with respiratory stenosis. 7 cases combined with other cardiovascular malformations, including 4 cases with atrial septal defect,3 cases with ventricular septal defect and 2 cases with patent ductus arteriosus. Conclusions Echocardiography is a technique for early and non-invasive diagnosing PAS and provides reliable basis for treatment and prognosis.
