摘 要:促进制造业产业升级与低碳技术突破性创新的互动发展,对于实现制造业的可持续发展具有重要意义。在将制造业产业升级分为产业结构升级、产业转型升级、产业集群升级以及将低碳技术突破性创新分为低碳突破性产品创新、低碳突破性工艺创新和低碳突破性服务创新的基础上,构建制造业产业升级与低碳技术突破性创新互动关系的概念模型与并提出研究假设,进而根据制造业28个行业2010-2014年的面板数据,运用结构方程模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明:制造业产业升级的三个维度对低碳技术突破性创新均具有正向影响,其中,结构升级对低碳突破性产品创新的影响程度最大;低碳技术突破性创新的三个构成要素对制造业产业升级均具有正向影响,其中,低碳突破性服务创新对结构升级的影响程度最大;制造业产业升级与低碳技术突破性创新呈相互促进的关系;相比而言,低碳技术突破性创新对制造业产业升级的促进作用更为显著。The interactive development of industrial upgrading of manufacturing industry on one hand and low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation on the other is of great significance to achieve the sustainable development of manufacturing industry. In this paper, the industrial upgrading of manufacturing industry is classified as industrial structure upgrading, industrial transformation upgrading and industrial cluster upgrading. The low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation is classified as low-carbon breakthrough product innovation, low-carbon breakthrough process innovation and low-carbon breakthrough service innovation. Based on it, this paper establishes the conceptual model of the interaction relationship between the industrial upgrading of manufacturing industry and low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation. According to the panel data of 28 manufacturing industries from 2010 to 2014, this paper finishes empirical research by using the structural equation model. The research results show that the three dimensions of the manufacturing industry upgrading has positive influence on low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation, among them, the influence of the structure upgrading on low-carbon breakthrough product innovation is the greatest. And the three component factors of low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation have positive influence on the manufacturing industry upgrading, among them, low-carbon breakthrough service innovation have the greatest influence on structure upgrading, the manufacturing industry upgrading and low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation present a mutually promote relationship. In contrast, the promotion of low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation is more significant for the industrial upgrading of manufacturing industry.
