摘　　要：冰箱压缩机气缸盖螺钉预紧力的大小对压缩机性能和可靠性有较大影响。本文采用垫圈式力传感器对气缸盖螺钉预紧力进行了实验研究,分析了不同润滑状态以及不同拧紧次数对螺钉扭矩和预紧力转化关系的影响,对工程应用中冰箱压缩机气缸盖螺钉扭矩的确定有一定的指导意义。The preload force of the refrigerator compressor cylinder head screw has a great influence on the performance and reliabili-ty of compressor. In this paper, the preload force of the cylinder head screw is studied by using a gasket type force sensor. The ef-fects of different lubrication conditions and different tightening times on the relationship between screw torque and preload force are analyzed. It is significant to determine the tightening torque of the cylinder head screw of the refrigerator compressor in engineering application.
