摘  要:针对短冲程、高转速、有油润滑工况下,往复压缩机网状阀频繁失效问题,基于动量守恒定律,对网状阀开启与关闭过程中所受冲击应力与气阀使用寿命之间的关系进行了研究,结果表明:"气阀在开启和关闭过程中所产生的冲击力直接决定了气阀的使用寿命,冲击力越大,使用寿命越短",进而研发出带有缓冲环的新型高抗冲击网状阀-RDV与传统网状阀相比,RDV气阀具有专利设计的缓冲环,其有效缓冲质量远远高于传统缓冲片,因而能够显著降低气阀开启过程中的冲击应力,提高气阀的稳定性与使用寿命,增加通流面积降低运行成本。Aiming at the problem of the mesh valve failure frequently under the conditions of short stroke, high speed and oil lubrica-tion, the relationship between the impact stress in the process of open and close of mesh valve and the service life of gas valve is studied based on the momentum conservation law. The result shows that the impact stress in the process of opening and closing of gas valve has directly determined the service life of gas valve, the greater impact stress, the shorter service life. Therefore, the new type of mesh valve of RDVwith high impact resistance and buffer ring is researched and developed. Compared with conventional mesh valve, the RDVhas buffer ring with patent design and its effective buffer quality is greatly higher than conventional buffer piece. So it can significantly reduce the impact stress in the process of opening of gas valve, improve the stability and service life of gas valve, and increase flow areas and reduce operating cost.
