摘　　要：舰船历来是军事强国海上进攻作战、海上防御作战、岛礁封锁作战的重要移动平台,而信息对抗能力是信息化战争衡量舰船作战能力的主要标志。在构建舰船信息对抗能力指标体系与分层结构基础上,明确了舰船信息对抗能力总目标、子目标的含义,并建立了衡量各目标能力强弱的数学模型。The warship has always been an important mobile platform of the military power for maritime offensive operations ,maritime defense operations and island reef blockade operations, and the information countermeasure capability of the warship is a major sign to measure the information combat capability. By constructing the index system and the hierarchical structure of the warship information countermeasure capability, this paper expounds the meaning of the overall goal, subgoal of warship information countermeasure capability, and sets up a mathematics model to evaluate the strength of each target.
